Since 2008, No Starch Press has been translating and publishing a unique series of Manga Guides (originally from Japan) that offer comic introductions to tough topics like Calculus, Physics, Molecular Biology, and Relativity. We've had Manga Guides to Databases, Calculus, and Molecular Biology. "The Manga Guide to Calculus", "Manga Guide to Statistics", etc. I serien finns även ”The Manga Guide to Databases”, ”The Manga Guide to Electricity”, ”The Manga Guide to Physics”, ”The Manga Guide to Molecular Biology” och ”The Manga Guide to Calculus”. Now if only they could do that for AB/BC Calculus. The Manga Guides offer an exciting way to learn science, math or other technical topics. Have allied on the publishing of Manga with scientific content which they called "The Manga Guide to". Trc202 and one other 16 participants@. Just so you don't think that's the end of it, there's a Manga Guide to Calculus, too – if you'd rather crunch numbers than watch Godzilla crunch Tokyo. Now we see if that even applies to the universe itself. Something that is great for one person may be horrible for another, and so when I say that the Manga Guide books are Effective Teaching Materials, I can only speak for myself. The publisher of scientific and engineer books called Ohmsha y and the Manga ilustrators Manga Trend-Pro Co, Ltd & Becom Co, Ltd. Well, the ending of the story is left pretty open for sequels, but to my knowledge, none of the other Manga Guides from No Starch Press directly connect to the end of Statistics. What you see on the left is a whole lot of awesome, all 6 of the Manga Guides currently available from No Starch Press. The good folks at No Starch Press have created a series of guides that combine elements of manga (Japanese-style comics) with a well-explained exploration of complex subjects (calculus, physics, etc). It seems there is no scientific topic that can't be improved by adorable comic illustrations. So get over the law of inertia and pick this up. @trc202: there's a whole book series explaining mathematics thru manga.
